Related Pics are the pictures which relate to the item title in some or the other way, the top 4 results are shown in the "Related Pics" frame.
Simply point your mouse to any thumbnail to preview the image as shown below

If you like any image and wish to view it in full, you need to click the previewed image as shown below, once you click, the full sized image will open in a new window.

If you wish to see more results, you can click the View More link as shown below, again, upon clicking a new window will open with the image search results
