Now a days in most of the IT companies employees are allowed to work from home.
The companies will provide them with a laptop and internet connection and they are free to work from home......The main IDEA is to increase the productivity of the company along with the Employee satisfaction.
if you are not able to go to the office. Rather than taking leave u can work from home which will benefit yoy as well as your company..but it all depends on the company norms
