I guess this was a pretty good idea when it was thought up, but then it was completely ruined and stripped of potential when it was executed in this poor fashion. The animation is not good; in fact, it's honestly quite ugly. I can't say that I really enjoyed this short very much. The animation is not good; in fact, it's honestly quite ugly. I can't say that I really enjoyed this short very much. The voice acting was also often bad; it sounded like they were just reading it off cue cards. The Agents looked pitifully ugly; I read someone comparing them to astronauts from the 60's. I can't really say if they look like that(having no idea how astronauts looked in the 60's), but they definitely don't look like Agents. The dialog was dull, and obviously trying too hard to be "cool". The story is told in a very disjointed, non-linear fashion that makes it hard to follow. I couldn't tell you how many times the main character ran; if it was once or ten times, because it constantly cuts forward(and backward?), and it ultimately just becomes virtually impossible to follow the story. For a short lasting about 9 minutes, I was astounded at how bored I was with this film. It really didn't catch my interest at all. All in all, not very entertaining, well-told or well-executed, but I guess it has a good idea, at the core. I recommend this only to people who *need* to see everything that has anything to do with the Matrix. 5/10
