New-world wine makers are shown as hard working ambitious visionaries, heroically taking on the might of the over rated French.After finishing this wine course you will be left to think Wine making is a thing of the past in Europe. You will not be able to distinct wines by looking at the label, nor will you have a clue about how wine is made, which is something I would expect from a wine course.
