Will and Grace are invited over to Mr. and Mrs. Trumans house for dinner to celebrate Mr. Trumen stopping his affair. Since Will is gay and his parent believe that he'll never have children of his own they give his blanket to Grace, unknowingly that she is pregnant. Will gets angry and asks why they don't give the blanket to him and his father eventually admits that he has never FULLY been okay with Will being homosexual and if he had the choice to try and have Will have a better life as a straight then he would want him to be straight. Will leaves the house angry and Grace continues to try and help him through it. After 10 message's from his "fathers" phone he finally answers the phone to find out that his father died from a heart attack after they had left.
