The characters depicted in this film were tried and true. I loved how all the characters and their stories connected subtly with each other. The movie really places the viewer in the situations of these struggling and serious actors, directors, producers...using tongue and cheek humor. The characters depicted in this film were tried and true. I loved how all the characters and their stories connected subtly with each other. The movie really places the viewer in the situations of these struggling and serious actors, directors, producers...using tongue and cheek humor. These eleven stories of striving and starving "Underdogs" has a wonderful comedic backbone. I particularly loved The "Tricky Ricky" vignettes. The entire assemble cast, such as Andrew Cassese as the high strung director, were all hilarious. It was wonderful to see him in this film for he is such a talent coming along way since Revenge of the Nerds. This independent film needs to be shown on Bravo and the IFC channel.
