The Final Cut is slightly superior to the Godawful Blown Away which revolved around the same concept of a mad terrorist letting off explosives devices over a city.But that's to say it's also a sub-standard,TV movie film which lacks tension and only really gathers momentum in the chase finale at the end when the baddie is revealed.
