This episode was and always will be one of my favorite episodes of Nip/Tuck, and definitely one of the best in season 2. For some reason, I really have a thing for episodes that take place in alternate realities, and this one is no exception. When Julia is put to sleep for her operation, she imagines what her life would have been like had she married Christian instead of Sean. The return of so many great characters from Season 1 makes this episode almost impossible to dislike. Famke Janssen also gives another great performance as Ava, and this episode is full of loads of interesting concepts and ideas. I wouldn't want to completely spoil it, but the episode concludes very nicely and there is plenty of foreshadowing scattered throughout the episode.
