I rode horses and herd sheep when I was a child and went to school in the US. I realized that half of the people on earth have no idea how the other half lives. This is not the only movie about Mongolian nomadic life but we all should give some credit for J. Roberts for exposing the life in the Mongolian steppes to the world.About the comment on the horses and fences by Elsa-M from Sweden: People don't feed horses in Mongolia, they eat grass from the ground, they follow their habitat. People also don't go to the grocery, they make their food. |
