Though STRANGERS was a commercial failure, it got recognition for its leading man Jimmy Sheirgill and director Anand Rai. In an intense role which had shades of gray, it was quite a complex characterization for Jimmy. After coming out with flying colours in STRANGERS, which is now doing well on the DVD circuits, Jimmy has let his hair down for HASTEY HASTEY.
