First time director Sachin Yardi insists that his debut venture C KKOMPANY is not a spoof on D COMPANY. Though the title of his comic outing may have a stark resemblance to that of Ram Gopal Varma launchpad of Randeep Hooda, it seemingly doesn't have any common elements with the latter.
