The situation becomes critical when a rich girl played by Rekha falls in love with him. At first he resists but then Mohanlal complies only to gain the anger and hatred of the family of Rekha. Its an entertaining film with very natural characters. Murali plays his part in the movie along with Thikkurshi SUkumaran Nair and Sukumari. Jagadeesh, Kuthiravattom Pappu and Maniyanpilla Raju as the fellow auto drivers give the movie some comedic moments. Sreenivasan as ever shines as the Inspector.
